A: I don’t do individual promotions or promo4promo/promo exchanges. Please don’t ask me to promote you. The only times I do promotions is when I make a post about it doing mass promos. These usually happen once a week. So keep an eye out for that.

A: I usually glance at everyone’s blog who leaves something in my ask box. But please don’t spam my ask box asking to check out your blog or your friend’s blog.. It’s really annoying.

A: I don’t do follow backs. If I really like your blog I’ll follow. Otherwise it’s a no. I only follow like 30 blogs. I don’t like having my dash cluttered. Please don’t ask me to follow you.
Q: I recommended your blog. Recommend me back?
A: Sorry I don’t do R4R. I don’t ask people to recommend me, and I don’t believe in exchanging recommendations. I only recommend people who truly deserve to be recommended. Please don’t ask me to recommend you.
Q: Where can I get your theme?
A: The theme I use is Insomnium found here. However, you won’t find a replica of my theme because I made a ton of changes to the original.
Q: Do you own all the photographs and images you post?
A: No, I don’t claim to own any of the images posted on my blog, unless otherwise stated. I have made a bunch of stuff though which you can find here: tagged/inspiredbythisfeeling. Some photographs are mine. Some are not. Some quotes I completely made up and are copyright to me. And some are not. If you want more information on a particular image just ask.
Q: Where do you get your images from?
A: I get most of my images from image booking sites such as weheartit, visualize, imgfav, flickr, etc. I always provide a valid source in the SOURCE box if there is one. If there’s no valid source then I don’t provide one. The majority of images do not have valid sources.
Q: You stole my image off my tumblr. Remove it now!A: No, I didn’t steal your image from your tumblr. Anything I find on tumblr I reblog. That’s what the button is there for. And I’m lazy. Plus I don’t like wasting my precious upload limit on an image I can simply reblog. If a post isn’t reblogged, it means I found the image off-site.
Q: Hi, you’ve posted an image copyright to me (or a friend). Please provide credit.
A: Sure. Just copy & paste the link to the post with the credit URL you’d like me to use and I’d be more than happy to provide credit. I’m not psychic so be sure to link exactly which post it is. Just don’t be rude about it. I don’t purposely not credit, especially if I happen to find your image on an image bookmarking site that has no source.
Q: Why do you set your URL as the click-through link? Why do all your images link back to you? It’s wrong to claim ownership over an image that isn’t yours by having it linked back to you.

Q: How do you get the # users being inspired?
A: Click here for the online user counter I use. You’ll need to register. Then just follow the instructions it gives you and copy&paste the code into your tumblr.
Q: How did you get the askbox in your sidebar?
A: I did mine with an iframe. But this works too. Click here.
Q: How do you make your images? What program do you use?
A: I use Photoshop CS5 to edit my images. I scan my own writing for some of the handwritten quotepics.
Q: How many followers do you have?
A: ~25,000 as of April 15, 2011.
Q: What is LIGHTS? Is it just a general message board or does it have a theme or what?
A: Yeah it’s just a general chat forum for the most parts. But there are other sections for graphic design, graphic contests and galleries to showcase art work; as well as a photography section for photo challenges and galleries. There’s a little bit of everything for everyone. :)
